Step 1
INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup butter, softened
4 eggs, beaten
1 cup sugar
1 can crushed pineapple, drained
5 slices white bread, cubed -
Step 2
In a mixing bowl on medium speed, cream the butter and sugar. Add eggs and pineapple. Mix well. Fold in bread cubes by hand.

Pour mixture into a greased 2 quart casserole. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes, or until light golden brown. Serve hot.
