Things You'll Need:
- 1 lb. ziti
- 1 c. chopped sun dried tomatoes
- 1 c. firm silken tofu, crumbled
- 3 gloves garlic (chopped)
- 1 TBSP Dried Basil
- 2 TBSP Balsamic Vinegar
- salt & pepper to taste
- 2 TBSP olive oil
- 1 small can artichokes, marinated - drain and chop

Step 1
COOK the ziti until noodles are to your liking.

Step 2
COMBINE - Tomatoes, tofu, garlic, basil, vinegar, salt/pepper, olive oil.
Blend until smooth. -
Step 3
DRAIN pasta.

Step 4
TOSS pasta, artichokes and sauce.
