Things You'll Need:
- 2 c. vegan rice crispies
- 2 c. dry oatmeal
- 1 c. dried fruit (raisins, blueberries, cranberries)
- 1/2 c. sunflower seeds
- 1/2 c. chopped almonds
- 1 c. corn syrup (light/vegan)
- 3/4 c. vegan sugar
- 1 TBSP vegan margarine

Step 1
MIX rice crispies - oatmeal - dried fruit - sunflower seeds - almonds in a large bowl.
GREASE large pan with dab of vegan margarine. -
Step 2
HEAT - 1 cup corn syrup to a boil, cut the heat back add the sugar and margarine. Stir until sugar is dissolved.

Step 3
USE large spoon to mix dry ingredients with the corn syrup/sugar.

Step 4
SPREAD mixture in the greased pan. Cover with wax paper and roll flat. Remove the wax paper and let goods sit for one hour.
