Mango salsa is a perfect healthy condiment to serve along grilled chicken, fish or shrimp. Placed in a bowl with baked tortilla chips, mango salsa is a delicious and healthy appetizer or party snack. Many supermarkets have fresh mangoes everyday, but frozen mango chunks found in your grocer's freezer section can be used in the place of fresh mango.
