Instructions

    • 1

Press an ice pack to your pimple as soon as you see it appear. Ice the area for twenty minutes. This will immediately reduce the swelling and inflammation caused by the built-up bacteria.

    • 2

Dab some lemon juice onto a cotton ball and hold to your pimple for 5 more minutes. This also helps to reduce the redness and swelling, while helping to dry the pimple out. Any pain caused by the pimple will be greatly reduced as well.

    • 3

Apply a small dab of toothpaste to your pimple before you go to bed. This will draw out any excess oil and moisture from the pimple. Plain white toothpaste works best for this method. In fact, many people claim their pimples are unnoticeable after one night of toothpaste treatment.

    • 4

Dip a cotton swab in some milk of magnesia. Press the swab onto your pimple. Wait for it to dry, and then rinse it off. Do this when you wake up in the morning and when you get home from work or school.

Apply non-oil based concealer to your pimple. Although these methods will make your pimple disappear quickly, there will still be a day or two before it is gone. Applying concealer will at least hide the area while it heals.

Tips & Warnings

  • Frequently clean your cell phone. This is a breeding ground for dirt and bacteria. When you press the bacteria to your face, you can easily get pimples.

  • Never use toothpaste Gel to cover your pimple. This could make your problem even worse.

  • Popping and squeezing your pimples will only make the inflammation worse. It will also cause the bacteria to spread to other parts of your face.
