    1. How to Tie a Headscarf in the Rapunzel Style

      • 1

Lay the rectangular scarf on your head so that each side falls evenly.

      • 2

Tie the scarf behind your head snugly at the base of your head. The ends should still be equal in length.

      • 3

Take the accent scarf and lay it over the rectangular scarf.

      • 4

Tie the accent scarf in the same manner you tied the rectangular scarf, but not uncomfortably tight.

      • 5

Begin braiding the two tails of the accent scarf with the two tails of the rectangular scarf. If you don't know how to braid using four pieces, you can treat the two accent tails as one tail and create a three-pieced braid instead.

Finish the braid and secure the ends with a scrunchie or a rubber band. Beautiful!

    Tips & Warnings

    • Use a glittery or otherwise embellished accent scarf to add some jazz to the style.
