Step1
Determine what grid themes you will use for your free printable logic puzzles.
Step2
Decide on your entry words and make sure to vary the word lengths for interest and make fill in your grid later.
Step3
Count the total number of word entries and total letter spaces needed to create your fill in logic puzzles grid.
Step4
Construct a grid size that best represents your total entry words and total number of letters. Most free logic puzzles are 15 x 15 but there can be many other printable variations for rebus and easy crossword designs.
Step5
Write your clues for the entry words. You can use definitions, facts, trivia, synonyms, antonyms, etc.
Step6
Number your clues and their corresponding answers and divide them in half randomly to build your across and down categories into your grid.
Step7
Place the numbered answers in your already constructed grid trying to fit as many together as possible working from left to right and down one line at a time.
Step8
Now start at the top left and fit in the down answers using a matching letter in each of the across entry words and fill as much of your logic puzzles blank space as possible.
Step9
Fill in the remaining empty blocks with black, and you have created free printable logic puzzles using a grid!
