INGREDIENTS:
5 cups uncooked fresh broccoli
1 medium sweet onion
3 Tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sugar
8 slices bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled -
Step 2
Chop broccoli and onion. Place in a large bowl and set aside.

Step 3
In a small bowl, combine vinegar, mayonnaise, and sugar. Pour over broccoli and onion. Add crumbled bacon. Toss lightly until combined.

Cover and chill until ready to serve. Refrigerate any leftovers.
