How to Give Hair a Deep Oil Teatment

Your hair has been looking dull, lifeless and dry. You do not know how to bring back the vibrancy that is your hair. The answer is a deep oil treatment. Follow these easy steps to give your hair a deep oil treatment. Your hair will be bouncy and shiny before you know it.

Things You'll Need

• Container olive oil
• Sandwich bag
• Bathroom sink
• Food shrink wrap

Instructions

1. Pour 1 to 2 tbsp. of olive oil into a sandwich bag and tie the open end to start your deep oil treatment of your hair. Make sure the open end of the bag is tied well so water will not get in during Step 2.

2. Fill the bathroom sink with the hottest water you can get out of your faucet. Place the bagie of olive oil into the water to warm it up for the deep oil treatment. Leave the bag in the hot water for three minutes.

3. Remove the bag from the hot water. Open the bag and distribute warmed olive oil onto your hair. Pay particular attention to the ends of your hair for this deep oil treatment.

4. Pile all of your hair that is covered in the deep oil treatment on top of your head. Wrap your hair with the food shrink wrap. Leave the deep oil treatment on your hair for 20 minutes.

5. Rinse the deep oil treatment out of your hair thoroughly.

Tips & Warnings

• Apply this deep oil treatment to your hair once a month to keep it shiny.

• The deep oil treatment may be very hot when it is removed from the hot water, use caution.

• Wear a beat up T-shirt when giving your hair a deep oil treatment, treatment may stain clothing.
