    • 1

Email every member of your office telling them that you would like to start a birthday club. Explain in your email why you think this will be a good idea. Decide on a small amount of money every office member will kick into the club every month, if they want to be involved, and ask for their contribution. Request all office coworkers to email back their birthday to be put on the office birthday club calendar. If you have a small office you may want to do this in person.

    • 2

Take a wall calendar and list every office coworker's birthday on it for the office birthday club. Hang this calendar for the office birthday club in the break room.

    • 3

Collect money from every coworker to fund office birthday club items. Keep track of all money in a notebook and store money in a locked box so that it is always accounted for.

    • 4

When a birthday comes around, email the other office coworkers to see who would like to help you get items in preparation of celebrating the birthday.

    • 5

Use the money collected to buy a card, balloons, a cake, and anything else your office birthday club would like to incorporate into the celebration.
