Dice the avocados, tomatoes and onion into small cubes. Chop the cilantro in to small pieces.

Mix the avocado, onion, tomatoes and cilantro in a bowl. Take your lemon and squeeze half at the time of juice to desired zesty kick. Add a pinch of salt if you like but not required.
Step3
Mix it once again so the lemon is evenly distributed. Chill in the fridge for 30 min. Serve and enjoy!
Tips & Warnings
Great side order for tacos, enchiladas or any other Mexican dish.
Best if you eat it the same day. Avocados turn dark color after a while. Eat while fresh.
