      Open Microsoft Word. On the top toolbar, click on “Tools” and “Envelopes and Labels.”

      Type the full address to be printed on the label within the text box window. To select the correct size for the address label, click on the “Options” button. In the window that appears, on the left is a list of address label sizes under the heading “Product Numbers.”

      Use the up and down arrows to scroll through the list under “Product Numbers” to find the correct sized address labels. Read the package on the address labels to find a product number and check the list for that same product number.

      Review the description that appears in Word to check for the right product number and label dimensions. Click on the correct product number and name.

      Click “OK” and then the “New Document” button. A full page of address labels with your mailing address appears on the screen. Place the labels in the printer, and click on “File” in the Word toolbar then “Print” and “OK” to print them.

Tips & Warnings

  • To print a single label, follow the above steps and then delete the extra labels in Word before printing them.
