How to Make Blue Berry Pancakes

  1. Step 1

Make sure that you have the ingredients. If you do not have the required ingredients, head to the grocer and make sure that you have them.

  2. Step 2

Preheat oven. Preheat the oven at 300 degrees on bake and place a baking sheet on the top rack.

  3. Step 3

Heat up frying pan. Heat up a large frying pan on the stovetop on medium-high heat.

  4. Step 4

Mix main ingredients in mixing bowl. In a large mixing bowl combine 6 ounces of white flour, ½ teaspoon baking soda, ½ teaspoon of salt, 1 large egg (beaten), ½ teaspoon of white sugar and 1 tablespoon of soft butter (melted). Wisk until evenly mixed and then stir in 4 ounces of blueberries.

  5. Step 5

Cook the pancakes. Add a dash of olive oil to the frying pan before you cook the pancakes. Use a ladle and slowly pour 2 to 3 tablespoons of the pancake batter onto the frying pan. Allow the pancakes to cook until they are bubbling on the top and golden brown on the bottom. Use the spatula to flip the pancake over by sliding it underneath the pancake. Allow to cook an additional 2 to 3 minutes.

  6. Step 6

Remove pancake from pan and place in the oven to keep warm. After you finish cooking each pancake, simply place it on the baking sheet in the oven to keep it warm. Serve with maple syrup and enjoy.

Tips & Warnings
