Make sure you have the supplies. If you do not have the supplies that you need you can acquire them at any foods store.

Cook the chicken breasts. Follow the direction of the packaging to cook frozen chicken breasts. If you are cooking fresh chicken breasts, bake them at 450 degrees for 18 to 25 minutes or until fully cooked.

Prepare the sandwich. Remove the chicken breast from the oven and allow them to cool for five minutes. Spread desired amounts of mayo and mustard on the bread. Place a chicken breast on a slice of bread. Top with several slices of ham and two slices of Swiss cheese.
