Use lilacs at the church and reception and you will have beautiful flowers at an inexpensive cost. Floral shops sell large bunches of lilacs at reasonable prices.

Choose lilacs that are not yet fully open to give them time to still be opening and fresh when in use at your wedding.
To set the color scheme of the reception you may want to have a long table that has numerous vases of lilacs.
Create bouquets of lilacs wrapped with ribbons for your flower girl and bridesmaids.
If you use your own lilacs have someone pick them early in the morning and bring them inside to give time for the dew on the flowers to dry before using them in boquets.
