• 1 cup reduced fat sour creeam
• 2/3 cup light mayonnaise
• 1 tbsp. each: dried minced onion, dried parsley
• 1 teaspoon each: beau monde seasoning, dill weed

How to Make Beau Monde Vegetable Dip

1. Combine cottage cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise in a medium size mixing bowl.

2. Add spices, stirring well with wooden spoon or spatula after each addition.

3. Blend thoroughly, then cover tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

4. Turn dip into serving bowl and garnish with fresh parsley, if desired.

5. Serve with crudites or Wheat Thins.
