  • 1 cup reduced fat cottage cheese
  • 1 cup reduced fat sour creeam
  • 2/3 cup light mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp. each: dried minced onion, dried parsley
  • 1 teaspoon each: beau monde seasoning, dill weed

    How to Make Beau Monde Vegetable Dip

  1. Step 1

    Combine cottage cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise in a medium size mixing bowl.

  2. Step 2

    Add spices, stirring well with wooden spoon or spatula after each addition.

  3. Step 3

    Blend thoroughly, then cover tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

  4. Step 4

    Turn dip into serving bowl and garnish with fresh parsley, if desired.

  5. Step 5

    Serve with crudites or Wheat Thins.

Tips & Warnings
  • Dip can be prepared the night before and refrigerated.
  • Also good served with sliced sweet and bell peppers.
  • Be sure to let dip chill at least 30 minutes for flavors to blend.
  • Discard any unused dip after three days.
