  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 4 eggs
  • 8 oz. grated cheddar cheese
  • 6 slices bacon, fried crisp and crumbled

  1. How to Make Bacon Cheddar Quiche

    • 1

      Preheat oven to 350 degrees.Use a fork to pierce frozen piecrust in a few places on the bottom and sides.

      Prebake empty shell for 5-6 minutes. Remove pie shell from oven and set aside.Meanwhile, in large mixing bowl, whisk the eggs.

      Add grated cheese, sour cream, and crumbled bacon.

      Mix together with rubber spatula and turn into pie shell.

      Return to oven and bake 50-55 minutes, or until brown on top and toothpick inserted in middle comes out clean.Remove from oven and serve warm or at room temperature.

Tips & Warnings

  • You can substitute 3/4 cup cooked sausage or 5-6 cooked, chopped breakfast sausage links for the bacon.

  • Only prebake shell for 5-6 minutes (this helps set the crust so it won't be soggy).
