Instructions

  1. Starting Out

    • 1

      Place your front foot in the center of the first section of the board.

    • 2

      Level the board with the ground.

    • 3

      Push off with your back foot.

    • 4

      Transfer your weight between each foot.

    Beginners: Nose Manual

    • 5

      Place your front foot on the edge of the nose keeping your feet flat footed in order to maintain your balance.

    • 6

      Place your back foot across the back grip.

    • 7

      Shift your weight forwards which will allow the back to lift off of the ground.

    • 8

      Maintain your balance on one wheel while keeping the tail up without touching the nose.

    • 9

      Use your arms to maintain your balance.
