How to Play a Warrior in Diablo
Diablo is one of the grand-daddies of action-RPGs, Blizzard's huge contribution to the genre which all others are still attempting to follow to this day. If you're looking for a simple way to explore this wonderful creepy world, there's no easier way than playing as a Warrior. Never mind that complicated magic stuff, or those fancy bows, the job of a Warrior is to hit things with sticks.

1
Be strong. A Warrior's primary attribute is strength, which increases both the range of armor and weapons he can use, as well as the damage he deals. Keep dropping points into strength; the sky's the limit! (Insofar as the sky is 250, anyway.)
-
2
Pile on the damage. Finding weaponry with added damage is key for a warrior, who would rather kill enemies in two hits than three when surrounded by a dozen enemies.
-
-
3
Find hasty weaponry if at all possible. While not usually available in the early game, later on you'll want to get a sword of haste, which will allow you to attack more quickly. You're generally better off striking five times for slightly less damage than three times for slightly more damage in the same span of time.
-
4
Wear armor with high defense. This may sound obvious, but other classes may focus more on the enchantments of the armor than the defense itself. Warriors, however, are going to get hit a lot, so high defense is paramount.
-
5
Acquire Arkaine's Valor from the Arkaine's Valor quest. This armor has the fastest hit recovery in the game, making it a great choice for the discerning Warrior. The faster you recover, the faster you can start swinging.
-
6
Learn the Teleport and Stone Curse spells. Otherwise, you may have a lot of trouble dealing with ranged attackers. Although it will use most of your mana, a Teleport or Stone Curse will let you walk up and hit a succubus you'd otherwise spend half the level chasing.
-
7
Repair your weapon whenever the durability gets low to prevent it from breaking. Use the Repair skill for weapons you don't care about, but bring the good weapons back to town for proper repairs.

Tips & Warnings
Swords inflict extra damage on creatures, while clubs inflict extra damage on skeletons. Choose your weapon depending on which are more plentiful on the current dungeon level.
Don't forget to leave a spare set of equipment in town! If you die, all your equipment will fall off, and retrieving it naked may be impossible.
