1. Pay attention to the woman. It's much more simple to be a ladies man than most people thing. All you need to do is pay attention to the woman. Do things like use her name in conversation to show that you are listening, and that you care. Gifts are nice when they mean something. So, showing up to EVERY date with flowers is going a bit overboard, but if it's special occasion, it's nice.

2. Maintain eye contact when speaking to her. This will show her that you are truly paying attention to the conversation, so try not to be thinking of who won the latest sporting event and how you feel about that while she talks.

3. Give her sincere compliments when appropriate. Do not make her feel like you are complimenting too much, and do not use typical responses when you are complimenting her. Something like, "Your hair looks nice today" or "Your eyes look beautiful when you smile" is fine, but if you say "Boy! You look HOT!" you are less likely to get the response you want.
