How to Make Creamed Broccoli Soup

Cream of Broccoli soup is probably one of the easiest soups to make because it really requires so few ingredients. Using a crock pot to cook the soup works wonders because the cheese never gets a chance to stick to the pan. Things You'll Need

  • 1 Package of Frozen Broccoli
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cups of milk
  • 1 can of cheddar cheese soup
  • 2 cans of celery soup
  • salt
  • pepper
  • oil
  • Frying Pan

Instructions

      Finely chop your onion and fry it up in your frying pan with just a touch of oil.

      Add onions to your crock pot along with the following ingredients: broccoli, cheddar cheese soup, cream of celery soup, milk, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly.

      Set your crock pot dial to low and cook for 4 hours. If your soup gets done before dinner turn the knob to keep warm.
