Cream of Broccoli soup is probably one of the easiest soups to make because it really requires so few ingredients. Using a crock pot to cook the soup works wonders because the cheese never gets a chance to stick to the pan. You can also set your soup up ahead of time and just scoop it out when you are ready for dinner. Here is how you can make cream of broccoli soup:

Tips & Warnings
  • A great addition to Cream of Broccoli soup is to add a few cauliflower florets.
  • This soup doesn't take as long as many other dishes take in the crock pot. You must check it often to make sure you turn it down to "Keep Warm" before it starts to burn and stick to the edges.
