This is more difficult if you are dating someone who is not saved, as they may not understand your reasons for abstaining. This is why it is generally advised that Christians date other Christians who share the same spiritual values. Even if you are dating a Christian, this is not an easy situation, because you are still human, and you will still have sexual desires. Pray for strength to resist these temptations, and try to avoid situations that leave you vulnerable in intimate situations.
