Instructions

  1. How to Grill Pork Spare Ribs

    • 1

Combine meat, garlic, pepper, barbecue sauce, soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce in a big bowl with a lid to marinate. Be sure that all pieces are evenly coated with the marinade. Keep in the fridge overnight for the meat to absorb the sauces and create a flavorful barbecue. The longer the meat soaks, the more flavor the barbecue has.

    • 2

Prepare grill. Place pork on grill rack or broiler pan coated with aluminum foil. The aluminum foil will prevent the meat from sticking to the pan, and it also makes for easy clean-up later. Pour sauce over meat and sprinkle with dried thyme. Dried thyme helps with the aroma and flavor of the meat. Cook for 10 minutes on each side, or until brown.

    • 3

Take note of the pan as the meat cooks. Oil that drips from the meat can be made into gravy. After the meat is done cooking, pour the oil drippings from the broiler pan into a saucepan. Add a tablespoon of soy sauce, barbecue sauce and honey. Cook in low heat over stove top and if desired, add a teaspoon of cornstarch to thicken the consistency.

    • 4

Pour gravy over sizzling hot meat and enjoy!
