-
1
Learn true Kabbalah doctrine. Although Kabbalah has come to be known by the celebrities who claim to practice it, few understand the messages and ideologies in the original texts. Themes such as "ein sof" and "ten sefirot" need to be studied to gain deep knowledge. Kabbalah should not be treated as a fad practice.
-
2
Find a spiritual home. Although Kabbalah is a highly personal commitment and belief system, it is often best experienced in small group settings to promote information flow and discussion. Consider joining on-line classes or discussion groups if no Kabbalah lessons are presented in your area.

-
3
Treat the Torah as sacred text. The books of the Torah are believed to explain the world's creation and the nature of the creator using hidden meanings. This knowledge was meant to be shared by Moses to unify humanity.
-
4
Study the Zohar. The Zohar is a collection of books that contains information central to the practice of Kabbalah including the nature of souls and sin. Understanding these principles will make it easier to discover your true path.

5
Meditate to free yourself. Use this peaceful time to cast away any anger and other negative emotions. Realize that nothing great comes without hard work and sacrifice. Understand that life's journey is about equalizing with the creator.
