Things You'll Need:
- 1 cup pureed mango (can buy fresh or frozen and puree)
- 4 oz. coconut juice
- 2 tbsp. un-whipped whipping cream
- 1 oz. rum
- 4 oz. white white.
- ½ cup cracked ice
- 1 cup sparkling water
- blender
- chilled highball glass
- slice of mango
- maraschino cherry (optional)

Step 1
Place cracked ice in the blender.

Add pureed mango, blend.

Step 3
Add coconut juice, cream, rum and white wine and blend well.

Step 4
Pour 3/4 of the mix into chilled highball glass.

Step 5
Top off with sparkling water and stir gently.

Garnish with slice or chunk of mango (and, optionally, a cherry if you want, on a skewer)
