Given that this cocktail may also be known as a Maiden's Prayer, the notion that a Between the Sheets could lead the drinker to some bedroom shenanigans is further reinforced.Here's powerful cocktail with rum, triple sec and either flavored brandy (or schnapps for full fruitiness).

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 3/4 oz brandy (or apricot brandy or peach schnapps)
  • 3/4 oz light rum
  • 3/4 oz triple sec
  • 1/2 oz lemon juice
  • lemon twist for garnish
  • cracked ice
  • cocktail shaker
  • chilled glass

    How to Mix a Between the Sheets

  1. Step 1

    Pour brandy/schnapps, light rum, triple sec and lemon juice into a cocktail shaker with cracked ice.

  2. Step 2

    Shake the mixture well; ideally, the shaker should get so cold it's almost hard to hold.

  3. Step 3

    Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

  4. Step 4

    Garnish with the lemon twist.

  5. Step 5

    Serve and enjoy!
