Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Kundalini teacher
  • Yoga mat
  • Comfortable, loose clothing
  1. Step 1

    Massage your digestive system. Yoga Stomach Grind helps to flush toxins and stretch your lumbar area.

  2. Step 2

    Stretch the middle back and spine. Yoga Camel Ride opens the solar plexus, allowing free flow of energy between the body's energy centers.

  3. Step 3

    Move into Cat-Cow Asana. This pose addresses the glandular system and optic nerves. Cat-Cow Pose stretches the whole spine.

  4. Step 4

    Massage your organs and flex the whole back with Yoga Twist.

  5. Step 5

    Release neck and shoulder tension with Yoga Neck Rolls. This warmup also enhances blood flow to the brain.
