Pick a wrapper template from the list available from the link under "Resources." There are templates for graduations, holidays, birthdays, weddings and other party occassions.

Open the template through Microsoft Publisher. There are several options available for you that you can customize. There will be elements already added (shapes, colors and designs). You can move these around by clicking on them and dragging them to your desired position. You can change the color by clicking on the item then selecting the color you would like and clicking it.

Fill in the blank text boxes with a personalized message, the name of the party's honored guest, the date or other important information. You can change the text font, color and size with the normal text format options in all Microsoft programs.

Preview the file. If there are any changes you would like to make do so at this time. Check the page settings to ensure that is it set up correctly for printing.

Select your paper for printing. You can choose practically any paper you would like as far as texture, color, and it's feasibility. The only thing you'll want to stay away from is cardstock or any other paper that is thick as it won't wrap well around the candy.

Print the wrappers. Cut them out and begin wrapping. Seal the ends with a glue stick or other glue-like product.
