      Prepare your mind: One tip in seeing true objects is to begin by preparing your mind for seeing. Once again, sit somewhere quiet. Select an object, it can be anything. Study its physical form carefully. Once you are certain you know it, close your eyes and recreate it in your mind. It may be more difficult than you thought. You may have difficultly seeing colors, lines or shapes in your mind at first. This will help you practice seeing things as they truly are, something which the human mind naturally overlooks sometimes. Don't give up!
