1. Purchase an iLok. An iLok is a USB key that can hold over 150 product license authorizations. Any software registered with an iLok will only work if the iLok is inserted into a free USB port on the host computer while the software is running. 2. Register for a user account at iLok.com. Before you can authorize your Digi Translator software with your iLok key, you must create an account. This account will house all of your product registrations. This makes it very easy and convenient for you to use all of your registered software at any music studio. Just bring your iLok USB key with you and you are all set!

3. Download and install the iLok Software. You can download the iLok client software at iLok.com. The software will allow your computer to communicate with your iLok.

4. Install the Digi Translator software. Once the software is installed, a pending license will be deposited into your iLok account.
