2
Cut a piece of one inch thick florist's foam to fit the bottom of the larger bowl.

3
Slice orange, lime and lemon, or wedge them if you prefer. Slice the apple between the stem and the bottom instead of slicing from stem to bottom. This makes nice round slices with a star in the center.
-
4
Arrange flowers, flower petals, and greenery around edge of larger bowl. Nothing should stick up above the bowl's edge. Add a few wedges and slices of fruit as well. Remember, though, less is more. you don't want a hodgepodge.
-
5
Fill bowl between halfway and two-thirds full. Place second bowl inside, and use stones to weight it down so that water comes up the sides but does not lap into the second bowl. Use marbles around the edge to keep bowl centered.
-
6
Place in freezer until solid. Remove and gently work inside and outside bowls off. You may need to run cold water over the bowls to get them off your ice bowl. Use your bowls to serve fruit and other cold items. Enjoy!
Tips & Warnings
Use flowers which match or complement the bridal bouquet. Add food coloring if desired to coordinate with your wedding colors.
Be sure to do a practice run before your big day to make sure it all works as you envision it.
