How to Grow Spider Flowers

A cleome has a nickname of "Spider Flower" due to its spider-like flowers.Which are held tall on strong leafy stems that are long with waving stamen.

1. Start seeds indoors for about 4 weeks before that last frost.

2. Then plant outside once Spring has come and no more worries of frost.Space the plants 1 ft. apart.Germination takes about 10 days.

3. They like to be well watered in very warm water.

• They have a musty smell that isn't so pleasant
