How to Add Quantum Tantra to Your Sex Life

  1. Step 1

Speak to your partner about introducing quantum tantra to your sex life. Both of you will need to be 100 percent comfortable with adding something new to your sex life. If someone is not comfortable, you will be unable to reach the Divine state as a couple.

  2. Step 2

Practice breathing exercises before attempting quantum tantric sex. Take a deep breath and release, focusing solely on filling your lungs with air. It is important to breathe during tantric sex as this will help you reach a higher sense of being.

  3. Step 3

Set the mood. Tantric sex is not for those who want a "quickie." You will be having a long love-making session, so make it romantic and special by lighting candles and soft pillows.

  4. Step 4

Be open to experimentation. Quantum tantric sex is all about incorporating all of your senses. Bring some chocolate, whipped cream or whatever you fancy into the bedroom with you. You can also bring a feather for touch or a relaxing sound CD (think waves crashing or a babbling stream) for sound. Just be creative!

  5. Step 5

Worship your partner's body. Those who practice tantric sex call this puja which means to worship and means that you can see the Divine coming through your partner's body. If you are comfortable, you can tell your partner what you love about their body, or you can keep it to yourself. As long as you are worshipping, you are following tantric sex.
