Overgrown sticks overwhelming your yard? Learn how to build the Kung Fu iron body you need to smash those twigs into splinters. Train and you will prosper.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Sticks
  • Protein
  • Weight training equipment
  • Lots and lots of money

    Building a Solid Iron Body

  1. Step 1

Consume plenty of protein. Protein can naturally be found in meats. But if you want to go straight to the source of protein, health food stores stock up on protein bars and protein shakes.

  2. Step 2

Purchase the proper weight training equipment. Free weights are the cheapest and most versatile, so you'll get the most out of them. But the bench press is worth its weight in iron. Weight lifting machines are also great if you have tons of money to waste.

  3. Step 3

Engage in aerobic exercise. Minimize fats while maximizing iron muscle. Fat only slows you down, and your powerful Kung Fu strikes will only reach their peak through the development of both speed and power.

  4. Step 4

Harden your hands. Create hands of steel by striking hard wood or anything else that will callous your hands.

  5. Step 5

Get rest. Prepare yourself for battle. Energize yourself. While sleeping, visualize shattering a stick 100 times over. Believe in yourself.

  6. Smashing the Stick

  7. Step 1

Enter your backyard and find the stick that you most despise.

  8. Step 2

Have a friend hold the stick with his arms spread out as far as possible.

  9. Step 3

Create a knife-hand. To create a knife-hand, keep your four fingers straight and together while bending your thumb. The tip of your thumb should be near the palm of your hand.

  10. Step 4

Put your knife-hand near the ear on the opposite side of your head. For example, if you are using your right hand, your knife-hand should be near your left ear. Your arm should be crossed over your chest.

  11. Step 5

Execute the strike. Hit the strike in the middle and try to follow through. You want to send your iron hand through the stick like a knife through butter.

Tips & Warnings
  • If you cannot break the stick, research the palm hand strike or side kick
  • Protein shakes are hard on the liver
