  • Sunflower seeds, shells removed
  • Goji berries
  • Raisins
  • Dried mango
  • Almonds
Step1
Gather your ingredients. Be sure the sunflower seeds are shelled.
Step2
Get individual snack-sized ziplock bags.
Step3
Mix all of the ingredients together in a large bowl.
Step4
Scoop out a cup of the mixture and put it in your ziplock bags.
Step5
Put away, take out when needed, and enjoy.

Tips & Warnings

  • Goji berries are a nutrient-dense snack and are delicious, too.
  • This trail mix will keep for several weeks if tightly sealed in a ziplock bag or other container.
