How to Make Marinated Beef Kabobs

Things You'll Need
- 1 lb. beef top round, cubed*
- 2 tbs. olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced (or garlic powder)
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1 small onion, sliced into wedges
- 1 medium green pepper, cut into wide strips
- Grilling skewers
- *You can substitute chicken or pork

Combine beef, oil, garlic and paprika into bowl or plastic bag. Cover or seal and let marinate for at least 2 hours in regrigerator. Discard excess liquid.

Place beef, onion wedges and pepper strips, alternating, on skewers. if you are using wooden skewers, soak them in water for at least 30 minutes before using. This will prevent burning on the grill.

Preheat grill for about 15 minutes before placing skewers across the grates.

Turn skewers occasionally, cook beef until well-browned.

Handle skewers with care, as they will get very hot from the grill's heat.
