How to Take a Timed Photograph with the Polaroid i633 Digital Camera

The Polaroid i633 digital camera is great for family photos. You can set it up on its tripod or on a hard surface and take a timed photograph so that all members of the family can be in the photo. Here is the best way to utilize the timed feature on your camera.

Things You'll Need:

  • Polaroid i633 digital camera
  1. Step 1

    Attach your camera to a tripod or place on a hard surface. Look through the lens to make sure that the camera is pointing to the correct area and that everyone or everything will be included in the shot.

  2. Step 2

    Pick your camera mode using the dial on the top of your camera. Any mode will work with the timed feature so pick the one best for your setting and picture type. Consult your manual if you are unsure.

  3. Step 3

    Turn your camera on using the power switch on the top of your camera.

  4. Step 4

    To the right of your LCD screen on your camera there are navigational buttons. The top button is a circle with a line in it this is your timer option. Press this button.

  5. Step 5

    You will then have a line of options to choose from on your LCD screen. You can use your navigational buttons to scroll through these options. There are three capture modes: the - second. mode, 10-second self-timer mode and the 10-plus-2-second self-timer mode. After picking your option, press the OK button to the right of your LCD screen.

  6. Step 6

    Then you will place your camera back in picture taking position and press the shutter release button. Your picture or pictures will then be taken automatically within the range of time you selected.

Tips & Warnings
  • After photograph is taken, the self-timer mode will automatically turn off.
  • If you do not have a tripod, make sure you place the camera on a sturdy surface. The camera can be damaged or broken in a fall.
