Things You'll Need:
- 1 pound hamburger or ground chuck
- 2 packages of Taco seasoning
- 1 8ounce block of mild cheddar cheese
- 8 ounces of sour cream at room temperature
- 8 ounces of cream cheese at room temperature
- 1 head of lettuce
- 2 tomatoes

Step 1
Brown hamburger or ground chuck and drain. Add 1/2 package of taco seasoning and stir into hamburger. Do not add water. Allow hamburger to cool.

In a medium size bowl, mix 1 1/2 packages taco seasoning, cream cheese and sour cream. Use a mixer and blend well until smooth and an orange color. Set aside.

Tear up lettuce into small pieces and set aside.

Dice tomatoes into a small bowl. Set aside.

Use a grater to shred cheese. Use the larger side of the grater to make half inch to inch long strands of cheese. Set aside.

Spread out cream cheese and sour cream mixture onto a plastic or glass 10 inch round plate. Spread mixture to the ends. Do not make the mixture too thick on the plate.

Spread the cooked hamburger over the cheese mixture. Make sure to reach the ends of the cheese mixture.

Top with tomato and then the lettuce. Sprinkle grated mild cheddar cheese over the entire taco dip. Refrigerate until ready to eat.
