Juicers are great and give you the ability to get your vitamins and minerals straight from their source. This promotes healthy living. If you have invested in a juicer, you can create so many different juice combinations. I am going to give you one example that will show you how to make juice with your juicer.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • A juicer
  • 4 carrots
  • 1 beet
  • 1/2 inch of ginger
  • 1 apple
  • 2 slices of cantaloupe with the skin
  1. Step 1

Get out your juicer and add the following items one at a time: carrots, beet, ginger, cantaloupe and apple.

  2. Step 2

Catch the pulp in a cup or use the container provided.

  3. Step 3

Pour your freshly juiced juice in to a cup and drink right away. Fresh juice doesn't last as long, so make the juice when you are ready to consume it.

  4. Step 4

Feel free to multiply the recipe by the number of people you are making juice for.

  5. Step 5

Clean your juicer shortly after use so all left over vegetable and fruit pieces will slide out easily.

Tips & Warnings
  • Use your pulp waste to make soup or chili.
  • Under no circumstances can bananas be juiced. It will ruin your juicer. If you want to add bananas to your drink place them in a blender and add your already juiced juice. Blend until smooth.
