Soak the razor in warm water to activate the lubricating strip. When this strip gets wet, it leaves behind nourishing residue that follows the blade closely to prevent razor burn.

Slather a hand full of shaving cream or shave gel onto the knee. Work on shaving one knee at a time, so your shaving cream or gel doesn't get rinsed away.

Place the razor onto the surface of the knee and slowly draw it downward, in the direction of hair growth. Going against the grain can cause sensitive skin to become irritated.

  5. Step 5

Rinse the knees and legs with warm water to remove the shaving cream or gel.

Tips & Warnings
  • Keep your knees bent so that the skin stays tight over the bones.
  • Use small strokes over the bones so that you don't nick the skin.
  • Do not use soap after shaving your knees.
