2

-
-
3
Slice your loaf of French bread in half.
-
4
Butter the bread. If you are using margarine, you’re good to go. If you’re using real butter, soften it in the microwave. Put the butter in a glass bowl and heat for 15 seconds. The butter should be soft but not melted. Spread a generous amount of butter onto the bread halves.
-
5
Sprinkle a generous amount of Parmesan cheese on the bread. The more cheese you apply, the cheesier your bread will be.
-
6
Sprinkle a little bit of parsley on the bread. You want to use the parsley sparingly because if too much is used, it can be overwhelming.
-
7
Put the bread in the oven. Place the 2 bread halves on top of a metal cookie pan. Set a timer for 15 minutes. Depending on how toasted you want your bread, you’ll either take it out or leave it in a few minutes longer.
-
8
Allow your bread to cool for approximately 10 minutes. Then slice your bread into wedges. Serve with your favorite pasta, soup or eat it by itself.
