Just because you are on a diet doesn’t mean that you have to give up all of your favorite foods, such as cinnamon toast. Dieting just means that you have to find a low fat alternative.

  • Ingredients
  • Bread with less then 77 calories per slice- some people choose to substitute the bread with a low fat English muffin
  • Low Fat butter flavored cooking spray
  • Splenda
  • Cinnamon
  • Things You will Need
  • A skillet
  • A spatula

    How to Make Low Fat Cinnamon Toast

  1. Step 1

    Coat your slice of bread or English with the fat free cooking spray.

  2. Step 2

    Place the bread or English muffin into a skillet and turn on your stove. Turn on the heat and allow it to toast until it is golden brown. While it is toasting flip the bread several times to prevent it from burning.

  3. Step 3

    Mix a small amount of cinnamon and Splenda together while the bread is toasting.

  4. Step 4

    Remove the toast from the skillet and cover it with your mix of cinnamon and Splenda. This must be added while the toast is still hot.

  5. Step 5

    Sit down and enjoy your low fat cinnamon toast.
