Things You'll Need
- Hard taco shells (2 shells)
- Fat free refried beans (half cup)
- Salsa (2 TBSP)
- 93% lean ground beef (6 oz)
- Fat free sour cream (6 TBSP)
- Fat free cheddar cheese (1/4 cup)
- Taco seasoning
- Shredded lettuce
- Stove
- Frying pan
- Can opener
- Small pot
- Plate
- Napkins

Tasty Low-Fat Tacos with Beef and Beans

Put two hard taco shells on a plate.

Put the stove on medium heat and add lean beef. 93% lean or higher is best. Cook a half pound (6 oz).

Open a can of fat free refried beans. Heat a half cup in a pot on the stove on low heat.

When the beef is ready, add taco seasoning.

Place the beef in the taco shells first.
