  • 1 c. butter
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 c. cocoa
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 1/3 cup flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ¼ c. semi sweet chocolate pieces
  • ¼ c. milk chocolate pieces
  • ¼ c. dark chocolate pieces
  • Ganache Topping
  • 1 c. Heavy Cream
  • 1 tbs. Butter
  • 1 tbs. Sugar
  • 12 ounces Semisweet Chocolate Chips

  1. How to Make Triple Chocolate Brownies

      Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease a nine by thirteen inch pan.

      Melt butter in a large pot. Add sugar and cocoa to melted butter. Mix with spoon until blended.

      Add eggs and vanilla. Mix well.

      Combine the flour, salt and baking powder in a small bowl. Mix well.

      Add flour, salt and baking powder to chocolate mix. Mix well. Add candies.

      Pour mix into pan and bake for 28 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool to room temperature.

      While the brownies are baking, make the ganache icing. Bring the cream, butter and sugar to a boil over medium heat. Add the chocolate, remove from heat, and let stand for a few minutes.

      Stir until all chocolate is melted and smooth. Spread ganache icing over the top of brownies. Allow to sit at room temperature or refrigerator.
