  • Egg whites, very lean turkey bacon, whole grain bread, low-fat butter, skillet, non-fat cooking spray, whole peppers, whole onion, ground black pepper, spatula, bowl, knife

Instructions

      Heat a skillet to medium-high for about one minute.

      Spray your skillet with the non-fat cooking spray and add two strips of lean turkey bacon.

      Dice your bell peppers and onion and set aside.

      Crack three eggs and drop the egg whites into a bowl. Season with pepper and set aside.

      Remove the turkey bacon and replace with the diced bell peppers and onions.

      Toast one or two pieces of whole-grain sliced bread.

      Pour the egg whites in the skillet. As it starts to harden, scramble with a spatula and flip.

      Butter the toast with your low-fat butter and remove the eggs. Enjoy!
