  • For cake:
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1-1/2 c. sugar
  • ½ c. butter, softened
  • 1 c. whole milk
  • 3 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

  • For crumbs:
  • 1 stick butter, softened but not melted
  • ½ c. flour
  • ½ c. sugar
  • 2 tsp. ground cinnamon

      Preheat oven to 350. Grease and flour 13x9 inch rectangular cake pan.

      Beat all cake ingredients on low speed to mix for about 30 seconds. Beat on high speed for three minutes, scraping bowl constantly. Pour into pan.

      Bake for 20 to 25 minutes. Remove from oven.
