If you are interested in just listening to music, rather than playing music. There are also free trails of music clubs that often require the use of a credit card for you to try out, to see which is best for you.

Look for signs up at your local supermarket or at your local coffee shops for signs that are looking for musicians and signs that are looking for new members for their music club. Usually, you will be able to find advertisements where people like to listen to music too, like a local jazz club.

Look for online forums, such as that have listings for many different things and usually you can do a search within these websites for a music club that you can easily sign up for.
