Curried Honey Chicken

Bone-in chicken breasts get the sweet treatment with this honey-curry glaze. High heat seals in juices, and best of all, there's only one pan to clean.

Things You'll Need:

  • 4-6 bone-in chicken breasts, ribs attached
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1 tbsp. curry powder

How to Make Curried Honey Chicken

  1. Step 1

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place stick of butter in 9 x 13 inch baking pan and put in oven. Check after 30 seconds and pull pan out when butter is melted.

  2. Step 2

Add mustard, honey, wine and spices to melted butter in baking pan. Mix well with wooden spoon or spatula to blend together. You can also use a small whisk.

  3. Step 3

Place chicken, breasts side up, in the honey butter mixture. Flip chicken a couple of times to completely cover with glaze. Return to breast side up. Place in oven.

  4. Step 4

Bake at 400 for 40-55 minutes, basting occasionally.

  5. Step 5

Remove from oven, let stand a few minutes, and serve with brown rice, peas and biscuits.

Tips & Warnings
  • You can also use a whole chicken, cut up, or chicken thighs for this recipe.
  • Don't forget to baste while cooking; it helps keep the chicken moist.
