There are different types of morning sickness. You could have this in the morning, late at night, afternoon, and even all day long. Morning sickness typically occurs during the first few months of pregnancy. However, there are women that experience this throughout their whole pregnancy. This article will show you ways to help you live with morning sickness.

    Eat crackers first thing when you wake up. This will help calm your stomach so you are not so nausous. Crackers are also good right before a meal. This works great for women who have morning sickness mainly in the evening. Keeping your food down is important for you and the baby.

    Drink a carbonated beverage that is warm to help relieve some of the indigestion in your stomach. This is a great trick that works. All you need to do is put a soda out in the sun for a little while or even just leave it out of the fridge. The warm carbonation will help you to burp a lot which will release stomach gases, helping you to feel better.

  3. Step 3

    Stay away from foods and smells that do not sit well with you. This can be different places that you go, even family members homes. This could even mean restaurants that you love going to.

  4. Step 4

    Take medicine for moderate to severe morning sickness. There are pills that your doctor can prescribe you to help ease the nausea. Some of the medication is for cancer patients but it safe and effective for pregnant women.

  5. Step 5

    Relax. Cutting stress and remaining calm can also help to relieve your morning sickness. If you have a stressful lifestyle this is going to profoundly affect how you feel.
