King crab legs are a delicious delicacy. Cooking them is not tough. In fact, the key to doing the job right is to make sure you don't overcook them.   • Crab legs
  • Large pot
  • Salt
  • Water
  • Melted butter
  • Lemon wedges

Instructions

      Pour 2 to 3 cups of water into a large pot or steamer, add salt and bring to a boil.

      Place your crab legs onto a rack in the bottom of the pot.

      Steam the crab legs for 5 to 7 minutes after the water begins to boil again.

      Remove the legs from the heat and serve with melted butter and lemon wedges.

Tips & Warnings

  • Make sure the crab legs are steamed above the level of the boiling water.
